Finished book

So I finished the book. I have the same complaint as I have about nearly every philosophy text -- it was a bit too long (John Gault's speech was, like 70 pages.) I recognize the book is set in a kind of alternative world where everyone has one of two moral viewpoints -- either they believe thinking is good, or thinking is bad. It's written to show Rand's objectivity, egoism, and free market ideals saving the day. Now, if your philosophy is only saving a fantasy world, how serious is the philosophy? As a book to give ideas to think about, I think it does quite well.
